Plain terms for using Mazdoor. Short, because a matching service should be simple.

1. मज़दूर क्या है

मज़दूर एक काम मिलाने वाला मंच है। हम कामगारों को पास के मालिकों से मिलाते हैं, और फिर बीच से हट जाते हैं। मज़दूर न मालिक है, न ठेकेदार, न एजेंसी। नौकरी या काम का रिश्ता सीधे कामगार और मालिक के बीच होता है।

2. पैसा

कामगार से कभी कोई पैसा नहीं लिया जाता। कोई फ़ीस नहीं, कोई कमीशन नहीं। अगर कोई मज़दूर के नाम पर आपसे पैसा माँगे, तो मत दीजिए और हमें बताइए।
मज़दूर मज़दूरी को न रखता है, न देता है। मज़दूरी, हाज़िरी, PF, ESI और काम की बाक़ी शर्तें तय करना और पूरी करना मालिक की ज़िम्मेदारी है।
मालिक, मज़दूर को सिर्फ़ मिलान की सेवा (जैसे संपर्क खोलना) के लिए पैसे देते हैं।

3. कौन इस्तेमाल कर सकता है

18 साल या उससे ज़्यादा उम्र का कोई भी व्यक्ति। मित्र किसी को तभी जोड़ सकता है जब उसने सूचना पढ़कर सुनाई हो और कामगार ने ख़ुद हाँ कहा हो।

4. आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी

अपने बारे में सच्ची जानकारी दीजिए: अपना असली नाम, काम और अनुभव।
मालिक: सच्चे काम डालिए, बताई हुई मज़दूरी समय पर दीजिए, और श्रम क़ानूनों का पालन कीजिए। बाल-श्रम या बंधुआ मज़दूरी के लिए मज़दूर का इस्तेमाल सख़्त मना है।
किसी को परेशान करना, धोखा देना, या किसी और की जानकारी बिना इजाज़त डालना मना है।

5. रेटिंग और भरोसा

कामगार और मालिक एक-दूसरे को रेटिंग देते हैं, जिसमें "समय पर पैसा मिला?" भी शामिल है। हाँ कहकर बिना बताए न आने पर स्ट्राइक लग सकती है; आप उस पर अपनी बात रख सकते हैं, और जाँच होने तक वह गिनी नहीं जाती। नियम तोड़ने वाले खाते हम रोक या बंद कर सकते हैं।

6. हमारी सीमा

हम पूरी कोशिश करते हैं कि मिलान सही हो, पर हम यह गारंटी नहीं दे सकते कि हर काम मिलेगा या हर मालिक या कामगार वैसा ही होगा जैसा उसने बताया। काम से जुड़े किसी झगड़े, चोट या बक़ाया मज़दूरी के लिए मज़दूर ज़िम्मेदार नहीं है, क्योंकि हम उस काम के पक्षकार नहीं हैं। फिर भी, कोई परेशानी हो तो हमें बताइए; हम सुनेंगे और मदद की कोशिश करेंगे।

7. आपकी जानकारी

हम आपकी जानकारी कैसे रखते और बाँटते हैं, यह निजता नीति में है। आप कभी भी अपना खाता और डेटा मिटा सकते हैं।

8. बदलाव और क़ानून

ये शर्तें बदल सकती हैं; बड़े बदलाव की ख़बर ऐप में दी जाएगी। इन शर्तों पर भारत का क़ानून लागू होता है। सवाल या शिकायत: papamarketingpro@gmail.com.

Terms of Use

1. What Mazdoor is

Mazdoor is a job-matching platform. We match workers with employers nearby, then step aside. Mazdoor is not an employer, contractor or staffing agency. Any job or work relationship is directly between the worker and the employer.

2. Money

Workers are never charged: no fees, no commission. If anyone asks you for money in Mazdoor's name, do not pay and tell us.
Mazdoor never holds or pays wages. Wages, attendance, PF, ESI and all other terms of work are the employer's responsibility to set and meet.
Employers pay Mazdoor only for the matching service, such as unlocking a contact.

3. Who can use Mazdoor

Anyone aged 18 or older. A Mitra may sign someone up only after reading them the notice and hearing them say yes themselves.

4. Your responsibilities

Give true information about yourself: your real name, trade and experience.
Employers: post real jobs, pay the stated wage on time and follow labour laws. Using Mazdoor for child labour or bonded labour is strictly forbidden.
No harassment, fraud, or adding someone else's details without their permission.

5. Ratings and trust

Workers and employers rate each other, including "paid on time?". Saying yes and then not turning up without notice can lead to a strike; you can explain what happened, and it won't count while we check. We may pause or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Our limits

We work hard to make good matches, but we cannot guarantee that every worker finds work or that every employer or worker is as described. Mazdoor is not liable for disputes, injuries or unpaid wages arising from work, because we are not a party to it. Still, if something goes wrong, tell us; we will listen and try to help.

7. Your data

How we keep and share your data is in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data at any time.

8. Changes and law
