You can delete your Mazdoor account and data at any time. It is free, and nobody will ask you why.

तरीक़ा 1: ऐप में (सबसे आसान)

मज़दूर ऐप खोलें और नीचे "मेरा रिकॉर्ड" (आपकी प्रोफ़ाइल) पर जाएँ।
"मेरा डेटा मिटाएँ" दबाएँ। ऐप आपको पढ़कर सुनाएगा कि क्या मिटेगा।
"हाँ, मिटाना है" दबाएँ, फिर पक्का करने के लिए "पक्का, सब मिटा दो"।

बस। आपकी जानकारी उसी समय मिटा दी जाती है।

तरीक़ा 2: वेब पर

अगर ऐप नहीं खुल रहा या फ़ोन बदल गया है, तो app.mazdoor.si/delete-account पर जाएँ, अपना मोबाइल नंबर डालें और OTP से पुष्टि करें।

तरीक़ा 3: हमें बताइए

ईमेल: papamarketingpro@gmail.com पर लिखें "मेरा खाता मिटाएँ", और वह मोबाइल नंबर बताइए जिससे आप मज़दूर पर जुड़े थे।
WhatsApp: जिस मज़दूर नंबर से आपको काम के संदेश आते हैं, उसी पर "मेरा डेटा मिटाओ" लिखें।
मित्र: अगर किसी मित्र ने आपको जोड़ा था, तो उन्हें बताइए; वे आपकी ओर से मिटा सकते हैं।

खाता किसी और का न मिट जाए, इसलिए हम उस नंबर पर एक बार पुष्टि कर सकते हैं। हम 7 दिन के अंदर मिटाकर आपको बता देंगे (क़ानून के हिसाब से ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा 30 दिन)।

क्या मिटाया जाता है

आपका नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, उम्र, लिंग, शहर और दूसरी जगह जाने की जानकारी।
आपके हुनर की बाक़ी जानकारी, भाषाएँ, पढ़ाई और प्रोफ़ाइल का सारांश।
आपकी बायोडाटा फ़ाइल (फ़ोटो, PDF या Word)।
मालिकों को भेजे आपके सारे संदेश।
आपका लॉगिन, OTP और बाक़ी रुके हुए SMS या अलर्ट।
काम के लिए आपकी बाक़ी अर्ज़ियाँ बंद हो जाती हैं, और आगे के तय काम बिना किसी स्ट्राइक के रद्द हो जाते हैं।

इसके बाद कोई मालिक आपको नहीं देख पाएगा, और हम आपको फिर कभी कॉल या संदेश नहीं करेंगे।

क्या रखा जाता है, और कितने समय

पुराने कामों और रेटिंग का हिसाब, बिना नाम के: ताकि मालिकों की हाज़िरी और रेटिंग का रिकॉर्ड सही रहे। इसमें आपका नाम या नंबर नहीं होता। यह 3 साल तक रहता है।
"आपने मना किया" का रिकॉर्ड: कब और किस तरीक़े से आपने सहमति वापस ली, बिना नाम-नंबर के, 3 साल तक, ताकि हम क़ानून के सामने दिखा सकें कि आपकी बात मानी गई।
"दोबारा संपर्क न करें" सूची: आपके नंबर का ताला-बंद रूप, जिससे नंबर वापस पढ़ा नहीं जा सकता। यह इसलिए रहता है ताकि हम आपको गलती से भी दोबारा संपर्क न करें। अगर आप कभी फिर से जुड़ना चाहें, तो हमें बताइए।

मज़दूर ने कभी आपकी मज़दूरी नहीं रखी, इसलिए पैसे का कोई हिसाब हमारे पास बाक़ी नहीं रहता।

मालिक और मित्र खाते

मालिक या मित्र अपना खाता मिटाने के लिए papamarketingpro@gmail.com पर अपने रजिस्टर्ड नंबर के साथ लिखें। कंपनी के बिल और भुगतान के रिकॉर्ड टैक्स क़ानून के अनुसार 8 साल तक रखे जाते हैं; बाक़ी सब मिटा दिया जाता है।

Delete your account and data

Option 1: in the app (easiest)

Open the Mazdoor app and go to "My record" (your profile) at the bottom.
Tap "Delete my data". The app reads out what will be deleted.
Tap "Yes, delete", then "Yes, delete everything" to confirm.

That's it. Your data is erased right away.

Option 2: on the web

If the app won't open or you changed phones, go to app.mazdoor.si/delete-account, enter your mobile number and confirm with an OTP.

Option 3: ask us

Email papamarketingpro@gmail.com with "Delete my account" and the mobile number you joined with.
WhatsApp: send "Delete my data" to the Mazdoor number that sends you job messages.
Mitra: if a Mitra signed you up, tell them; they can delete it for you.

To make sure nobody deletes someone else's account, we may confirm once on that number. We will delete your data and tell you within 7 days (30 days at most, as the law requires).

What is deleted

Your name, mobile number, age, gender, city and relocation preferences.
Other skill details, languages, education and your profile summary.
Your biodata file (photo, PDF or Word).
All messages you sent to employers.
Your login sessions, OTPs and any queued SMS or alerts.
Your pending job requests are closed, and upcoming gigs are cancelled with no strike.

After this, no employer can see you, and we will never call or message you again.

What is kept, and for how long

Past gigs and ratings, without your name: so employers' attendance and rating records stay correct. They contain no name or number. Kept for 3 years.
A record that you withdrew consent: when and how, without your name or number, kept for 3 years so we can show the law that your choice was honoured.
Do-not-contact list: a one-way scrambled form of your number that cannot be turned back into the number, kept so we never contact you again by mistake. If you ever want to rejoin, just tell us.

Mazdoor never held your wages, so there are no payment records about you to keep.

Employer and Mitra accounts

Employers and Mitras can delete their account by emailing papamarketingpro@gmail.com from, or with, their registered number. Invoices and payment records for businesses are kept for 8 years as tax law requires; everything else is deleted.
